Noise

In the interests of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 9.45pm. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and appropriate action to deal with this will be taken.

Departures

Checkout is 10.00am. If you require a late checkout, please enquire at reception the night before your departure, as we may require the room for an early check-in. Guests departing early, please settle your account before departure the evening before, and leave keys in box at reception.

 

Late Checkouts 

If not organised prior with reception are charged at $45.00 per hour from10am from your nominated method of room payment up to 12 noon. After 12noon a full night will be charged min late charge $45.00

 

Room Servicing

Room servicing is undertaken every 3rd day between 10am and 12 noon. If staying over please, make your room available between these times if you would like your room serviced . Guests are encouraged to reuse towels. Rooms are not serviced on Sunday‘s or Public holidays.

If you require any further servicing please contact reception. Management reserves the right to routine room inspections. Any housekeeping over and above standard services will be charged at $45.00/hr or part thereof.

 

Lost/forgotten

Lost or forgotten property can be returned at the expense of the guest . A handling fee Property of $20 plus packaging and postage will be charged prior to posting.

 

Internet

Free wireless internet is available, search for “motel guests “ no password is required.

We do not guarantee level of speed as Telstra‘s network is very poor in this area. Fair use policy applies- excessive downloads are automatically slowed or disconnected to ensure all guests have access to the bandwidth.

Smoking  All Rooms are strictly non-smoking.

If you do smoke in the room we will charge you a fee of up to $250.00 to fully clean the smoke from bed covers. carpets, curtains, blankets etc. You agree to these terms upon renting the room. This will be charged to your preferred method of payment agreed upon at checkin. The smoke detectors in the room can set off the alarms! A false call out for the CFA can cost up to $500.00 which you are liable for.

No Pets

We have a No Pet policy on the property. if you have a pet in your room we will charge extra cleaning and deodorising fee of$l 50.00. charged to your credit card or deposit. You will also be asked to vacate your room and no refund will be forthcoming. Also for pet safety we do not allow pets to be left in vehicles.

 

Keys 

Please leave keys in key return box at reception upon departure. Lost keys will be charged at $50.00 per key for replacements.

 

Tea and Coffee 

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room. Long life milk is provided in room. Fresh milk available from reception.

 

Phones 

The phone located in your room is only an intercom to reception and for incoming calls. Outgoing calls can be made at reception. To dial reception lift handset and dial 9.

 

Television 

There are 23 television channels and 5 radio stations available for selection. if you are unsure how to operate the TV please ask and we will be happy to assist you. Please operate volume levels with due respect to other guests.

 

Air Conditioning/Heating

If you are unsure how to adjust these , please ask for assistance. When leaving the room for prolonged periods, we would appreciate that air conditioners/heaters are switched off.

 

Breakfast 

Continental breakfast (cereals, toast, juice) are available at reception. Please place your order at reception before 7.30pm the night before. Breakfasts are delivered to your room the prior evening.

 

No Cooking In Rooms

Due to Health and safety regulations and also due to false fire alarms, cooking is strictly not allowed. False fire alarms could cost you up to $500.00 in call out fees from the Country Fire Authority, as well as extra cleaning fees and room charges due to room not available for next guest.

 

Laundry 

Guests requiring laundry service please contact reception. Washing is $12.00 per load, clothes drying is $10.00 per load l normal basket size. Laundry will be returned to you within 3 hours .Service available up to 5pm Iron & Ironing Board lron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe.

 

Barbeque 

A bbq is provided for guests use. Please clean down the cooking surface when finished thank you. Please vacate this area by 945 in respect to our neighbours Light in bbq area turns off approx 9.45pm.

 

Swimming Pool 

The swimming pool is available for use during daylight hours. Please ensure that all children under are fully supervised at all times when they are using the pool. Pool depth is from 1.1 metres. No Diving or Bombing. For your safety please do not run or use glass in this area. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No Smoking allowed in pool area.No glass or glass bottles , cups , wine glasses etc. allowed in pool area.

Cold Drinks / Alcohol 

Cold soft drinks/fruit juices are available from reception during open hours.

 

Blankets / Pillows

Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the wardrobe/ drawer in your room, please see reception if you require extra.

 

Photocopying 

Photocopying is available at reception (colour 50 cents per page / black and white 20 cents/page) Although we do not have fax services we are happy to scan your documents and email them for you. ( 20 cents per page)
